Mail at the location. We accept items at the location that Swiss Post does not scan: registered and official mail such as debt-collection or court documents, parcels, courier deliveries and items containing bank or credit cards. Once an item arrives, we notify you using the contact details you have given us, so that you can meet any deadlines arising from it, and forward it on your instructions.
Deadlines. Your company is responsible for meeting deadlines arising from official and court deliveries. Please keep your contact details with us up to date.
End of contract for the registered office. Before the contract for the business address used as your registered office ends, your company must have a new address entered in the commercial register.
Rooms. You reserve desks and the meeting room in advance; they are available during office hours and subject to availability.
Billing of fees. Per-item fees, rooms, additional work and reminder fees are billed monthly.
Tax. Where your company is liable to tax depends on the place of its actual management; the address alone does not determine it.

Frequently asked questions

A business address is the address you use for business correspondence and public-facing purposes. A Swiss GmbH or AG also needs a seat in Switzerland, fixed in its articles of association and entered in the commercial register. The business address as registered office serves this purpose. A Firmbase business address gives you a physical location with mail service and bookable facilities.

Typically for four groups. First: founders who start lean — they rent a business address instead of an office and get professional infrastructure and a mail service. Second: businesses without a fixed location — consulting, trade or digital services whose work is location-independent. Third: people who live in the Zug area and prefer not to register the company at their home address — there, the address and the place of actual management usually coincide anyway. Fourth: international founders whose Swiss company needs a seat in Switzerland. Besides its registered office, a Swiss GmbH or AG needs at least one person resident in Switzerland who can represent it.
